House of Mercy presents the 20th Anniversary Edition of Songs of Mercy. Originally published by HoM and designed by Sister Black Press to respond to the very real desert of country gospel songs and great American hymns the we were living in.

It was the 90’s and progressive church music at the time was just three U2 songs and grunge inspired praise songs. Sometimes we had to go as far as Southern Missouri or Moundsview to find songs. This songbook changed all that. Songs of Mercy is often credited with the creation of the “indi-gospel songbook thing” as it was sometimes called.  Well it is coming back, in a fully revised, expanded, larger format, prayer bathed, letter press printed edition.

You can support this project and receive a copy of this limited edition as a thank you:
