Who: Well, I was thinking maybe YOU, if you want to be part of a fun, collaborative, singing happening. Bring a friend!
The House Of Mercy Casual Choir will be performing two songs for the service of Candlemas on Feb 3rd at House Of Mercy. We’ll brainstorm songs related to light, candles, etc. “You Light Up My Life,” “Candle In The Wind,” “Light My Fire (Come On Baby),”… You get the picture. We’ll have fun doing that part. We then get the lyrics, find a key, and come up with an arrangement that works for us. Kind of like having a band, but without the commitment.
