- May 31: morning (~9 am – 1 pm)
- September 27, 2025 9am -12 noon

If you’re interested in participating, you do not need to be able to attend all sessions. From the organizers: “We fully understand that not everyone can make every gathering and that’s fine! The goal if having a large enough team so that there is always a good amount present… The information gathered can be taken and shared with the other team members that may have missed it.”
