Shadow Puppet Theatre

Sonja Olson will be running a week long Shadow Puppet Theatre art camp again this summer at Zion Lutheran Church. Students will be interpreting Don’t Let Pigeon Drive the Bus! by Mo Willems. The play will be performed as shadow theatre, using paper puppets, found objects, and the kids as live-action shadows. The students create the scenes, puppets and possibly the sound track. It is a fun and laid-back environment in which to make some amazing art!

Age of Students: 3-12
Dates: August 6-10
Times: 9am -12pm (half day), 9am – 3pm (full day)
Cost: $100 for half-day, $200 for full-day
Location: Zion Lutheran Church, 1697 Lafond Ave, St Paul, MN 55104
Performance: Friday at 12pm with a reception to follow the performance
